Are there limits on users or assets?+-
No. One price per company covers every user you invite and every asset you register.
How is the AI assistant billed?+-
By usage, not by seat. Every member can use it. During the trial, $5 of usage is included. After that, each question is metered at the chosen model's rate, and the month's total appears as one line on your next invoice.
Can we cap what we spend on AI?+-
Yes. A $25 monthly limit is set when you subscribe. Admins and finance officers can change or remove it, and get an email at 50%, 80%, and 100%. When the limit is reached, the assistant pauses until the next month; the rest of the product keeps working.
Which AI models can we use?+-
Models from Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, and others. Admins choose which ones the team can use and set the default. Each model's rate per million tokens is shown in Settings → Assistant.
Is our data used to train AI models?+-
No. The assistant runs on AWS Bedrock, and prompts and answers are not used to train models. Conversations are private to the member who started them; admins see usage, never content.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?+-
No. You get full access for 30 days and only add a card when you decide to upgrade.
What happens when my trial ends?+-
Your company switches to view-only. Upgrade within 30 days to keep editing; otherwise your data is permanently deleted.
Can I cancel any time?+-
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the current month.
What currency are prices in?+-
Prices are in USD. Sales tax is added where required.
Can we import our existing register?+-
Yes. Download the Excel template, fill it in, and import it. You can export reports back to Excel at any time.
